Can I host multiple domains from a single account?
All web hosting packages support multiple domain web hosting. Providing your particular plan has the required resources you may host as many domains as you like. Also domain aliases do not count towards your domain total.
What server technologies can I host on my account?
All web hosting packages support multiple web server technologies. This includes Classic ASP, ASP.NET Version 1,2,3 and 4, php v4/5 and Perl. For a full list of server technologies please see our knowledgebase article.
How can I get support for my web hosting package?
We provide support in many ways which include an online help desk which puts you in direct contact with our support team, a download section and also an extensive knowledbase. We also have a community forum and live chat support.
How can I pay for my web hosting account?
In order to order a web hosting package from us you will need to create an account with us. You can do that by clicking here. We also accept many forms of payment such as credit and debit cards, paypal payments, cheques and bank transfer.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my account if necessary?
All customers have the option to downgrade or upgrade their account should they wish.
Can I add resources to my account?
Addition resources such as bandwidth and diskspace can be purchased for use with your account. These can be purchased from within the control panel and are added instantly to your account.
